Introduction:
Brake shoe assembly OEM A01C3-70301 is the core braking component of rear drum brake for 5-ton Hangcha forklift. It realizes deceleration and parking by squeezing brake drum with friction lining. After frequent heavy-load braking in factory, the lining of original brake shoe will wear thin and harden with abnormal noise; deformed shoe and weakened spring force cause soft braking, unilateral deviation and overheated dragging hub. In severe cases, lining peeling leads to total braking failure. This complete brake shoe assembly adopts original radian matching 320mm brake drum, thick steel shoe equipped with wear-resistant asbestos-free lining bonded under high temperature to avoid delamination. The full set includes return springs, rollers and positioning pins for easy installation. After replacement, braking force is even and sensitive to eliminate brake noise and dragging, protect brake drum from scratch, an essential spare part for brake system maintenance of 5-ton Hangcha forklift.
