Introduction:
King pin repair kit OEM Part No.A300-KIT is specially matched for 3-ton Hangcha forklift and compatible with steering knuckle N163-22003-001, serving as full set of wearable replacement parts for front steering system. Under long-term heavy load and frequent turning, original king pin, bronze bushings and oil seals suffer continuous wear and seal failure, resulting in enlarged king pin clearance, stiff steering, front wheel wobble & deviation and metal noise during turning, as well as abnormal unilateral tire wear. This repair kit contains all accessories required for replacement. The king pin is strengthened by quenching and tempering, bronze bushings feature self-lubricating performance, and double-layer sealing oil seals lock grease to isolate factory dust and muddy water.
