Introduction:
Steering knuckle OEM Part No.N163-22003-001, also known as forklift spindle, is the critical load-bearing steering part of front steering axle for 3-ton Hangcha forklift. It bears full front wheel load and realizes left & right steering together with kingpin. After long-term heavy load and frequent impact during turning, original steering knuckle suffers spindle wear, body cracks and enlarged kingpin hole clearance, resulting in stiff steering, severe front wheel wobble and uneven tire wear. Severe crack breakage will lead to steering failure with huge safety hazard.
