Introduction:
Throttle accelerator cable OEM Part No.40DH-532000 is the core acceleration control component for diesel engine of 4-ton Hangcha forklift. Stepping on the throttle pedal pulls the fuel pump governor fork via steel cable to adjust fuel supply and control driving speed. After long-term oil contamination and continuous frame vibration tension, the original cable sheath ages and cracks, inner steel wire rusts and elongates, resulting in stiff throttle, slow reset and weak acceleration. Severe cable jamming will threaten driving safety. This cable adopts original standard total length of 1620MM, durable galvanized multi-strand steel wire, lubricated inner liner to cut friction resistance, injection molded ends fit original mounting points without cutting. After replacement, the throttle pedal is light and sensitive with fast rebound, stable and smooth fuel adjustment, a frequently worn spare part for daily engine maintenance of 4-ton Hangcha forklift.
