Clutch release bearing OEM 9688211 is the key moving part of clutch system for 4-ton XL40C forklift. It pushes release fingers via clutch pedal to cut off power transmission, forming a complete three-piece clutch kit together with DSK330 pressure plate and XL40C-Z(P1) clutch disc. Under long-term frequent stepping and high temperature, original release bearing easily suffers grease loss, raceway wear and seal failure, resulting in grinding noise, heavy pedal and separation jamming; severe seizure will lead to gear shifting failure. This release bearing adopts standard size 559032, integral quenched bearing steel for higher hardness, double-layer seal to lock high-temperature grease against dust and moisture. Universal mounting size for direct replacement. After installation, clutch pedal is light and quiet, ensuring normal separation and engagement of pressure plate and clutch disc, protecting the whole clutch transmission assembly, an essential spare part for clutch maintenance of 4-ton XL40C forklift.
